From commercial buildouts to high-stakes projects — among them New York City's Second Avenue Subway line, a confidential project within One World Trade Center, and the Newark Common mixed-use development, where we worked alongside the National Historic Preservation Society to balance modern demands with rigorous preservation requirements — we've built under accelerated schedules and strict standards, learning to manage complexity, coordinate many moving parts, and hold a high bar at any scale.
But our true passion has always been high-end residential — specifically, the Hamptons.

For Tariq, visiting the East End from a young age left a lasting impression: driving it’s quiet lanes and taking in the craftsmanship, scale, and elegance of the homes gave him a clear vision for the direction this firm would one day take. In 2021, we made a deliberate move to bring that vision east — working relentlessly to build relationships and earn trust, beginning as consultants alongside respected local builders in one of the most regulated, design-driven environments in the country. That experience led to the natural next step: building independently.
